During this program, you will discover the wonders of healthy lifestyle habits and learn the latest data on healthy lifestyle and healthy eating. Most importantly, you can be well and healthy again.

Q: When are the NEWSTART programs offered in 2021?
A: There are three NEWSTART programs in 2021, which are offered March 8-18; May 24-June 3; and November 29-December 9.
Q: What is the cost for SelectCare members?
A: SelectCare members will pay only $262.50, and the remaining cost will be covered by your insurance. However, as a SelectCare member, you will also receive additional coverage if you register early as one of the first 10 participants. The first 10 SelectCare members will only pay $250.
Q: If I am a SelectCare member, how do I enroll for the first 10 participants' additional coverage rate?
A: Our registration for each program is open year-long. It is based on first-come first serve so please enroll as early as you can for the upcoming program.
Q: As a SelectCare member, if I missed the first 10 participants' additional coverage rate, will I still receive coverage for the program?
A: Yes. As a SelectCare member, the cost is $262.50 and the remaining cost will be covered by your insurance.
Q: What is the cost for Staywell members?
A: The Staywell member portion is $262.50, or $187.50 for your first wellness program in 2019.
Q: What is the cost for Netcare members?
A: 80/20 coverage, with the 20% reimburseable by Netcare upon completion of the program.
Q: What is the cost for Medicaid members?
A: Up to $200, pending precertification.
Q: What is the cost for other insurances?
A: The NEWSTART program covers SelectCare, Staywell, Netcare, and Medicaid insurances only, but it is open to anyone at the full price of $525.00.
Q: How do I register for the program?
A: Registration is located at the Guam Seventh-day Adventist Clinic on Ypao Road. When you come in to the clinic, at the front lobby, please proceed to Patient Services to register.
