Wellness Center Hours of Operation  

Effective May 15, 2020, our Clinic hours are as follows:
MONDAY-THURSDAY: 8:00am - 6:00pm
FRIDAY: 8:00am - 12:00pm

 

Medical Insurances Accepted

Please take note that primary care provider referrals & prior authorization from insurance carrier are required for Visiting/Specialist Doctors.

Once you are done visiting the physician, please check-out before leaving the Clinic.
